"Looked Nice at First, But Dried Out Fast"
At first I thought the hair looked good, like I was actually happy with it, but then after wearing it a few times it started getting dry and tangly really fast. The ends feel rough now, and I expected better for the price

"I really wanted this to work out..."
I really wanted this to work out, but it started falling apart way faster than I expected. One minute it seemed fine, and the next it was basically a tiny disaster. Definitely didn’t last long enough for me.

"The color match was almost suspiciously perfect"
I was a little nervous ordering these online because matching hair color through a screen feels like a setup, you know? But somehow the shade matched my hair so well it made me wonder if my camera roll has been leaking info or something. They blend in really easily, and you can’t really tell I’m wearing extensions at all. Not sure how they pulled it off, but I’m super happy with them.

"Pretty at first, but the shedding felt unfair"
I was excited to try these because they looked really nice right out of the package. But after just a few wears, the shedding became hard to ignore. Every time I brushed them, there was hair all over my sink, my clothes, and the floor.
They also started tangling way faster than I expected, even though I was being careful with them. I don’t think it’s right to sell something that looks good at first but falls apart so quickly. The hair was okay in the beginning, but it definitely didn’t hold up for me.

"Clips actually stayed in all day"
I was a little worried these clips would slide out since my hair is fine, but they stayed put all day. I wore them to work and then out to dinner, and there was no pulling or weird slipping. They were easy to take out too and didn’t really snag. I’m really happy with how secure they feel. Has anyone else with fine hair had the same issue with clips usually slipping?

I ordered my extensions from Cashmere Hair, and I assumed they’d feel a little heavy or start tugging after a while because that’s usually what I expect with clip-ins. But these were way more comfortable than I had pictured, and they didn’t pull on my scalp at all.
I wore them out for an entire day, fully expecting to be adjusting them nonstop, but I kind of forgot they were even in. They were easy to put in, sat flat under my hair, and just felt really natural overall. I’m really happy with them.

"Shipping was faster than I expected"
It actually showed up quicker than I thought it would. The tracking could’ve been a little more detailed, but that’s not a big deal at all since delivery was smooth and I didn’t have any issues.

"Customer service was okay in the end"
Their customer service wasn’t the fastest, and I did have to wait longer than I would’ve liked for a reply. To be fair, they did eventually sort out my issue, so I can’t say it was a bad experience overall. It just could’ve been a bit smoother and quicker.

"I ordered the wrong shade and needed..."
I ordered the wrong shade and needed to do a exchange. The process did work in the end, but the replies were kind of slow and I had to follow up once. I got the new set eventually, so it was fine, but I do wish the returns and exchanges were a little easier.
